Abstract:
Disclosed is an integrated building-block tower comprehensive centralized crushing system, comprising a closed or semi-closed building-block tower and a material crushing integrated system with one crushing production line. The building-block tower comprises a tower frame and a tower enclosure structure (12) arranged on the tower frame. A vertically arranged two-layer first vertical placement frame, a horizontally arranged transverse placement frame, and a vertically arranged two-layer second vertical placement frame are successively provided in the tower frame from left to right. A material feeding apparatus (1) and a material screening apparatus (6) are successively arranged, from top to bottom, on a second layer of the first vertical placement frame; a jaw crusher (2) is provided at the transverse placement frame; and a second material crushing apparatus (3) and a third material crushing apparatus (4) are successively arranged, from top to bottom, on a second layer of the second vertical placement frame. The building-block tower has a structure of modular flexible assembly of building blocks, or has a structure in which spare parts can be rapidly assembled and disassembled, or has a Mongolian-yurt-like structure, thereby achieving rapid assembly and disassembly, convenient operation, and convenient management and maintenance.
