To improve the practical utility of an integrated control device that exercises integrated control over a plurality of work-element execution devices in a manufacturing-work machine which carries out manufacturing work by utilizing said work-element execution devices. The disclosed integrated control device (130, 136) includes: a source-data storage section (186) that stores source data in which the details of a plurality of work elements, which are to be executed by the respective work-element execution devices in order to perform the manufacturing work, have been coded; and an operation-command creating section (188) that creates a plurality of operation commands on the basis of said source data. The integrated control device is configured such that the operation commands created by the operation-command creating section are sequentially transmitted to the work-element execution devices. With this configuration, the source data can be simplified by the use of such techniques as hierarchically organizing the source data. Thus, it is possible to reduce labor in creating the operation commands and to improve the practical utility of the integrated control device.
