Abstract:
Provided are an integrated copper bar and a high-power electric motor controller. The integrated copper bar comprises a first copper bar (2), a second copper bar (4) and a third copper bar (6) successively arranged in a stacked manner and mutually insulated. The first copper bar (2) is provided with a first through hole (21) and a plurality of first connection pins (22), the second copper bar (4) is provided with a second through hole (41) and a plurality of second connection pins (42), the third copper bar (6) is provided with a plurality of third connection pins (62), and the first connection pins (22), the second connection pins (42) and the third connection pins (62) respectively extend to a discrete device mounting face above the first copper bar (2). The first copper bar (2), the second copper bar (4) and the third copper bar (6) are stacked and form an integral unit and are connected to a discrete device by means of the first, second and third connection pins (22, 42, 62) on the same discrete device mounting face, such that processing and assembly of the copper bar become simple and quick.
