Abstract:
The present invention relates to an integrated device for a voice-guided emergency call. The integrated device for a voice-guided emergency call according to the present invention is an integrated device for a voice-guided emergency call, which is installed in an elevator car and performs a voice announcement and an emergency call, the device comprising; a voice output means for delivering the voice announcement to a passenger in the car and delivering the voice of an emergency call operator to the passenger in the car during an emergency call; a voice input means for delivering the voice of the passenger in the car to the emergency call operator during the emergency call; an operation information receiving means for receiving elevator operation information from a control panel of the elevator; a voice information storage means for storing a voice file to be used in the voice announcement in response to the elevator operation information; an emergency call signal input means for inputting an emergency call signal to initiate an emergency call; a communication means for automatically or manually connecting an emergency call in the event that an emergency call signal is generated by the emergency call signal input means; and a control means for controlling said means such that a voice file corresponding to the elevator operation information received by the operation information receiving means is detected from the voice information storage means and the voice file is outputted by the voice output means during the normal operation of the elevator, thereby performing a voice announcement, and for performing a switch control such that the voice of the emergency call operator is outputted by the voice output means during the emergency call.
