Claims

1. Integrated door frame for internal door, which central portion forming door frame construction is element made of wood, plywood, wood-derivative panel or plastic, characterized in that, door frame construction (1) from outer side, parallel to the door rough opening walls plane has profile element (3) or (5) from door leaf side and profile element (4) from the opposite side of the door leaf, made of metal or plastic, connecting additional door frame construction (1) with wall (2) around door rough opening and has width adjusted to the thickness of the said wall.

Integrated door frame, according to claim 1 , characterized in that, profile element (3) in cross-section on outer edge in contact area of lateral plane (6) with frontal plane (7) has aligned to wall plane flange (8) and on the rest part of frontal plane (7) has from wall side longitudinal grooves (9).

Integrated door frame, according to claim 1 , characterized in that, profile element (5) in contact area of lateral plane (6) and frontal plane (7) on its extension has additional flange (10), which on outer edge has aligned to wall plane flange (8) and on opposite side to frontal plane (7) has longitudinal groove (11) for seal, and on the rest part of frontal plane (7) from the wall side has longitudinal grooves (9).

4. Integrated door frame, according to claim 2, characterized in that, profile element (3) in cross-section on frontal plane (7) has offset (12) and from inner side of frontal plane has flange (13).

5. Integrated door frame, according to claim 3, characterized in that, profile element (5) on frontal plane (7) has offset (12) and on extension of said offset from opposite side to frontal plane has flange (14).

6. Integrated door frame, according to claim 2, characterized in that, on lateral plane (6) of profile element (3) has bilateral incisions (15).

Integrated door frame, according to claim 1 , characterized in that, profile element (4) from the opposite side of the door leaf in cross-section on frontal plane edge (16) from edge side door jamb wall plane, on outer side, has aligned to wall plane flange (17), and on inner side positioning flange (18).

8. Integrated door frame, according to claim 7, characterized in that, profile element (4) on frontal plane edge (16) has perpendicular to said plane longitudinal grooves (19).

9. Integrated door frame, according to claim 7, characterized in that, profile element (4) on frontal plane edge (16) from inner side has perpendicular to said plane positioning stiffening longitudinal flanges (20) and (21).

10. Integrated door frame, according to claim 3, characterized in that, profile element (5) from opposite side to frontal plane (7) has parallel to said plane positioning flange (22).

11. Integrated door frame, according to claim 2 and 3, characterized in that, on frontal plane (7) profile element (3) and frontal plane (7) profile element (5), from outer side, has longitudinal grooves (9) on height less than the height of the aligned to wall plane flange (8).

Description

Filed of the invention

The subject of an invention is the integrated door frame designated for internal or exterior doors, which central portion forming door frame construction is element made of wood, plywood, wood-derivative panels or plastic in particular small construction objects .

Description of Related Art

Document PL63634 disclose door frame for mounting on the already anchored door frame or applicable for direct mounting in the opening of the building. The frame characterized in that main shelf in the end zones has excision for elements of the old door frame.

Document PL65084 disclose adjustable door frame, made of wood-derivative material or wood, consisting of fixed - supporting beam and two side beams, i.e. the outer band and the band, wherein the space between the fixed - supporting beam, and an outer band is closed with an additional widening batten. Before mounting a widening batten in a groove supporting beam and in a depth, adjusting groove, said batten is broken along its entire length along the selected cuts, so that its width is adjusted to the width of the wall, in which the door opening was made. After adjusting and mounting widening batten a door frame is closed by masking batten, in which sealing tape is preferably placed.

Document PL65468 disclose the door frame, having a circumferential channel on the opposite side to the door leaf, in which is mounted a decorative batten, wherein the inner surface of a decorative batten is facing through the circumferential flange of door frame, which limited partly of its width said channel and forming door frame element fixed with screws to the surface of the door opening.

Document PL180918 disclose door frame made of wood and wood-derivative materials, consisting of two vertical stands and lintel, alongside door frame batten and two bands, designed especially for the deposition of interior doors, characterized in that, bands have permanently attached regulated batten, whereas the alongside door frame batten has a ledge to plunge it into the groove of the stands and frame lintel and has groove to accommodate the band regulatory batten. Stands and lintel have groove to accommodate the band regulatory batten. Door frame construction provides easy adjustment of the width to the different thickness of the walls.

Document PL320537 disclose a profile adjustable door frame, which includes a stationary door segment and associated with it adjustable movable segment, compiled in a hole of variable spacing. Each of fence consists of external angle bracket and mounted into its interior an in interial angle bracket. One of fence is restrained in position unchanged to the inner surface of longer shelf of the stationary door segment, and the other to the inner surface of the longer shelf of the movable door covering segment.

Document PL381565 disclose door frame, especially made of wood, which has two vertical stiles and stile lintel and fixed bands and regulatory bands, characterized in that, every stile and stile lintel has on one side a longitudinal groove for feather in fixed band, whereas the opposite side a longitudinal groove for feather regulatory band, wherein the fixed band has a proper band, permanently connected to the stile via connecting member, and the regulatory band has a proper band permanently connected to the regulating member holding a sliding feather in the stiles and stile lintel groove.

Summary of the invention

The substance of the invention is integrated door frame for internal door, which central portion forming door frame construction is element made of wood, plywood, wood-derivative panel or plastic, characterized in that, door frame construction from door leaf side, parallel to the door rough opening walls plane has profile element, which in cross-section on outer edge in contact area of lateral plane with frontal plane has aligned to wall plane flange, and on the rest part of frontal plane has from wall side longitudinal grooves or profile element, which in contact area of lateral plane and frontal plane on its extension has additional flange, which on outer edge has aligned to wall plane flange , and on opposite side to frontal plane has longitudinal groove for seal, and on the rest part of frontal plane from the wall side has longitudinal tongues, and has profile element from the opposite side of the door leaf, made of metal or plastic, connecting additional door frame construction with wall around door rough opening and has width adjusted to the thickness of the said wall, which from the opposite side of the door leaf in cross-section on frontal plane edge from edge side door jamb wall plane, on outer side, has aligned to wall plane flange, and on inner side positioning flange and positioning stiffening longitudinal flanges.

Favorably profile element located on door leaf side in cross-section on frontal plane has offset and from inner side of frontal plane has flange or on frontal plane, has offset and on extension of said offset from opposite side to frontal plane has flange.

Favorably on lateral plane of profile element located on door leaf side, has bilateral incisions.

Favorably profile element located on opposite side to door leaf on frontal plane edge, has perpendicular to said plane longitudinal grooves.

Favorably profile element located on opposite side to door leaf on frontal plane edge from inner side, has perpendicular to said plane positioning stiffening longitudinal flanges.

Favorably on frontal plane of profile element located on door leaf side from outer side, has longitudinal grooves on height less than the height of the aligned to wall plane flange.

Favorably profile element located on door leaf side form opposite side to frontal plane has parallel to said plane positioning flange.

The presented invention allows to build integrated door frame consisting of central portion forming door frame construction made of wood, plywood, wood-derivative panels or plastic, from which outer, parallel to door rough opening walls plane side, have mounted at least one profile element about size adjusted to the size of door leaf, made of aluminum, steel or plastic. Central portion of the door frame may have notch in which door seal is placed or door furniture or profile element has accordingly formed notch with groove for placing door seal. Additionally in door frame construction are made mounting holes for connecting vertical with horizontal element and for fixings door frame to door rough opening ( jamb) with anchors construction. Internal profile elements are mounted to central portion with screw, are inserted or pasted longitudinal flanges to grooves in the central portion. Assembly door frame is to combined elements forming central portion, which with fixed profile element is precisely placed in door rough opening and through mounting holes anchored to the wall. Frontal planes of profile elements are further fixed by screws or anchors to the proper'wall. In the gap between the plane of the door frame and the door rough opening, on entire length may be placed expanded foam from both sides of the gap. On outer edge profiles are aligned to wall plane flange, which are used to accurate positioning door frame in door rough opening in such way, that aligned to wall plane flange designate edge of wall plane around door jambs and edge of coating the leveling layer identical as on wall surface adjacent to profile surface in order to obtain a uniform equal plane, which subsequently is finished with decorative material. On profiles surface before apply coating levelling layer, may be applied a primer, increases adhesion and leveling layer and pasted reinforcing fabric.

In the traditional wooden or metal door frames, frame elements in the plane of the wall (usually called, bands) are protruding and/or visible elements, which are mounted in door openings (jambs) usually after the finish wall surface adjacent to the door opening. In the present invention door frame is fixed in a different way. On the outer front plane of the profile elements integrated door frame are applied a coating layers of leveling and finishing materials identical as on adjacent to the door wall.

Scope application integrated door frame include: over build the door rough openings designated for entrance external doors or internal or entrance leafs doors, outward opening or inward opening doors (so-called, reverse rebate).

Solution by invention allows to over build the door frame in invisibly from the outside of the door method. After mounting, the outer surface of the door frame creates with the wall and mounted door leaf one plane. Door frame surface may be finished with decorative materials identical to finishing off the wall. This solution gives the visual effect of "no" door frame, "as if the door leaf are fixed directly to the door rough opening in the wall". The solution allows the interior arrangement, in which the contour of the door from the outside may be seen in the wall only in a form of thin gap around the closed door leaf. An additional advantage is the possibility of finishing the decorative surface side of the door leaf identical as the surface of the wall and the door frame causes the optical effect of "hiding" the door in the wall.

Execution example I

Integrated door frame for internal door, which central portion forming door frame construction 1 is element made of wood. Door frame construction (1 ) from outer side, parallel to the door rough opening walls plane has profile element (3) from door leaf side and profile element (4) from the opposite side of the door leaf, made of metal, connecting additional door frame construction (1 ) with wall (2) around door rough opening and has width adjusted to the thickness of the said wall. Profile element (3) in cross-section on outer edge in contact area of lateral plane (6) with frontal plane (7) has aligned to wall plane flange (8) and on the rest part of frontal plane (7) has from wall side longitudinal grooves (9).

Profile element (5) in contact area of lateral plane (6) and frontal plane (7) on its extension has additional flange (10), which on outer edge has aligned to wall plane flange (8) and on opposite side to frontal plane (7) has longitudinal groove (11) for seal, and on the rest part of frontal plane (7) from the wall side has longitudinal grooves (9).

Profile element (3) in cross-section on outer edge in contact area of lateral plane (6) with frontal plane (7) has aligned to wall plane flange (8) and on the rest part of frontal plane (7) has from wall side longitudinal grooves (9). Profile element (3) in cross- section on frontal plane (7) has offset (12) and from inner side of frontal plane has flange (13). Profile element (4) from the opposite side of the door leaf in cross-section on frontal plane edge (16) from edge side door jamb wall plane, on outer side, has aligned to wall plane flange (17), and on inner side positioning flange (18). On frontal plane (7) profile element (3) from outer side, has longitudinal grooves (9) on height less than the height of the aligned to wall plane flange (8).

Profile element (5) in contact area of lateral plane (6) and frontal plane (7) on its extension has additional flange (10), which on outer edge has aligned to wall plane flange (8) and on opposite side to frontal plane (7) has longitudinal groove (11) for seal, and on the rest part of frontal plane (7) from the wall side has longitudinal grooves (9). Profile element (5) on frontal plane (7) has offset (12) and on extension of said offset from opposite side to frontal plane has flange (14). Profile element (4) from the opposite side of the door leaf in cross-section on frontal plane edge (16) from edge side door jamb wall plane, on outer side, has aligned to wall plane flange (17), and on inner side positioning flange (18). Profile element (4) on frontal plane edge (16) from inner side has perpendicular to said plane a positioning stiffening longitudinal flanges (20) and (21).
