Abstract:
An integrated forming structure, injection mold and forming process of a rotary transformer, relating to the technical field of rotary transformers. According to the forming process, a stator framework component (11) and a housing (13) of a rotary transformer (1) are injected into a whole by means of a high-strength engineering plastic; on one hand, the number of wire harnesses and connecting devices is reduced, direct forming on the rotary transformer (1) body is achieved, the number of parts and the steps of assembling the parts on the whole machine are reduced, an accumulated mounting dimension tolerance is reduced, the precision of a system product is improved, and the overall strength of the rotary transformer (1) is enhanced; on the other hand, the number of parts and the steps of assembling the parts on the rotary transformer(1) are reduced, so that a product structure is more compact, the process is simpler, and the costs are lower; and in addition, the housing (13) is divided into a cover plate (131) and an assembly body, and then the cover plate and the assembly body are integrally formed by means of an injection mold of the rotary transformer, so that the problem of demolding is solved.
