Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an integrated gas inlet and outlet valve and a pressure swing adsorption gas path system. The integrated gas inlet and outlet valve comprises a valve body, the valve body being provided with a gas inlet, a gas outlet, an exhaust port and two gas path control units. Each of the gas path control units comprises a first gas inlet and outlet port, a second gas inlet and outlet port, a first control valve, a second control valve and a connecting channel. The second gas inlet and outlet port is connected with the gas outlet via a one-way valve which only enables gas to flow in one direction to the gas outlet. The second gas inlet and outlet ports of the two gas path control units are connected via a throttle valve. The pressure swing adsorption gas path system comprises two adsorption columns and the integrated gas inlet and outlet valve, and the integrated gas inlet and outlet valve is connected to two gas inlet and outlet ends of the two adsorption towers. The present invention has the advantages such as greatly reducing connecting pipelines, easy installation and maintenance, a compact structure, taking up less space, low manufacturing costs, and a low failure rate.
