Abstract:
An integrated liquid injection and evaporation vessel, comprising a vessel body (1) internally provided with a space used for storing a fluid, an upper portion of the vessel body (1) being provided with a sealing pad (2) used for sealing the vessel body (1) from an upper end portion, the sealing pad (2) being an elastic material, the upper portion of the vessel body (1) also being provided with a press cap (3) used for compressing the sealing pad (2) on the vessel body (1), an upper end of the vessel body (1) being provided with first injection holes (4) used for injecting the fluid, second injection holes (5) corresponding to the first injection holes (4) being arranged on the press cap (3), a lower end of the vessel body (1) being provided with a heating assembly (6) used for evaporating the fluid stored within the vessel body (1), the inside of the vessel body (1) being provided with an outflow channel (7) of a fluid evaporation body, the space storing the fluid being in communication with the outflow channel (7) via the heating assembly (6).
