Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of excrement treatment apparatuses, and in particular to an integrated machine having ultra-high-temperature excrement solid-liquid separation and pressing sterilization functions. The machine comprises a solid-liquid separator, and further comprises a workbench and a pressing sterilization device, wherein the solid-liquid separator is arranged on the workbench; and the pressing sterilization device comprises a pressing sterilization electric motor, a pressing feeding assembly, a material receiving pipe, a material receiving box, and a dewatering cage. According to the present application, high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization of excrement is achieved, residual water in the excrement is evaporated, the excrement is dried, the dried excrement is conveyed into a discharging channel along with rotation of a pressing shaft and is discharged from the discharging channel, and at that moment, the discharged excrement is dry; and germs are subjected to high-temperature and high-pressure disinfection and sterilization, so that the protection effect on the environment is improved, environmental protection is facilitated, and recycling of the excrement can be facilitated.
