Abstract:
An integrated monitoring method for oil level and oil temperature of a distribution transformer, a first surface acoustic wave sensor (208) embedded in a floating piece (207) being used for measuring the oil temperature of the transformer; a second surface acoustic wave sensor (210) provided on a housing (206) is used for measuring the ambient temperature; the floating piece (207) moves up and down as the oil level changes, driving a marking pipe (205) to move up and down in the housing (206) by means of a connection rod (209); a magnetic body (211) moves up and down along with the marking pipe (205), such that a magnetically controlled switch (212) is controlled to be turned on or off according to whether the magnetically controlled switch (212) on the housing (206) is within an action range of the magnetic body (211); the magnetically controlled switch (212) is turned off when the oil level of the transformer is excessively low, an ambient temperature signal is interrupted, an antenna (202) of the sensor is disconnected, and an oil level alarm signal is triggered. The present invention is a smart passive wireless monitoring technique based on surface acoustic wave sensors and the magnetic control technology, having the characteristics of simple structure, a comprehensive monitoring function, high integration level, convenience in installation and maintenance and the like. Further disclosed is an integrated monitoring device for the oil level and oil temperature of a distribution transformer.
