Abstract:
An integrated purification method and an integrated purification system for an industrial waste gas containing cyanides, hydrocarbons and NOx. Said method comprises the steps of: 1) a tail gas containing pollutants of cyanides, hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides (NOx) being at first treated by means of a gas-liquid separation device (1) to separate a free liquid, and then mixed with air blown by an air blower (201, 202), and preheated by means of a heating unit; 2) the mixture entering into a selective catalytic combustion (SCC) reactor (5) for a selective catalytic combustion reaction to convert harmful substances into CO2, H2O and N2, the catalyzing being carried out in two stages: in the anterior stage, a supported molecular sieve catalyst is used for catalyzing, and in the posterior stage, a supported noble metal catalyst is used for catalyzing; 3) after the gas out from the SCC reactor (5) entering the heating unit for heat recovery, the purified tail gas being directly discharged through a chimney (6). Said system comprises a gas-liquid separation device (1), a heating unit and a selective catalytic combustion reactor (5), a gas outlet of the gas-liquid separation device (1) being connected to the selective catalytic combustion reactor (5) by means of the heating unit, and a tail gas outlet of the selective catalytic combustion reactor (5) being connected to a chimney (6) by means of the heating unit.
