Abstract:
Disclosed is an integrated system, which is for manufacturing a guide template and includes a plurality of robot arms capable moving with six degrees of freedom, in the sequence of "rotating-tilting-tilting-rotating-tilting-rotating", from a base to a working end on the distal end. The plurality of robot arms includes: a robot arm, which is for drilling and cutting, and includes a machining tool mounted to the working end; a robot arm, which is for mounting a bushing assembly, and includes a gripper mounted to the working end; and a robot arm, which is for laser cutting, and includes a laser mounted to the working end. The plurality of robot arms are disposed around a fixing stand for an object to be processed, the fixing stand being capable of stopping at a predetermined position while moving linearly in both directions along a straight moving path. The robot arm for drilling and cutting uses the machining tool to process a hole for fixedly installing a bushing assembly on an oral cavity model disposed on a top surface of the fixing stand for an object to be processed, or to perform surface processing. The robot arm for mounting the bushing assembly uses the gripper to insert and fix the bushing assembly into the processed hole defined in the oral cavity model. The robot arm for laser cutting uses the laser to cut a thermoplastic sheet pressed against the oral cavity model so that the thermoplastic sheet can be separated from the oral cavity model.
