Abstract:
The present application relates to an integrated transfer roller assembling machine, comprising: a mandrel feeding mechanism used for conveying a mandrel to a first feed groove; a pipe feeding mechanism used for conveying a pipe to a second feed groove; an assembling mechanism used for driving the mandrel located in the first feed groove and/or the pipe located in the second feed groove to move axially, so that the mandrel is sleeved in the pipe, thereby forming a transfer roller blank; a cutting mechanism used for receiving the transfer roller blank, and cutting the pipe of the transfer roller blank in the circumferential direction, so that the pipe is divided into at least two sub-pipes in the axial direction; a pipe pulling mechanism used for pulling out at least one sub-pipe from the end part of the transfer roller blank, so that the transfer roller blank forms a transfer roller; and an unloading mechanism which is located downstream of the pipe pulling mechanism and used for receiving the transfer roller. The integrated transfer roller assembling machine according to the present application may automatically complete a whole set of fabrication processes comprising feeding, assembling, cutting, pipe pulling and unloading, and has high production efficiency and good product quality stability.
