Provided is an integrated type mud and sand treatment device (1) for treating mud and sand excavated form urban construction. The device comprises at least a grinding part (11) and a mud-sand separating part (12). A grinding member (111) arranged on an inner wall of a rotary drum of the grinding part (11) primarily crushes a to-be-treated mud and sand which enter the grinding part (11). And the mud and sand are transferred to the mud-sand separating part (12), outside of which is provided with a high pressure dilution water nozzle (121). The sludge and muck that has entered the mud-sand separating part (12) is diluted into thin mud and sand. The mud-sand separating part (12) allows a thin mud-sand mixture with a particle diameter smaller than a predetermined particle diameter of large materials to pass through, and a large material mixture with the particle diameter greater than or equal to the predetermined diameter of the large materials is discharged from a discharge port (122). The grinding member (111) is a fin-shaped member.
