The present invention discloses an integrated vascular stent and a delivery system. The integrated vascular stent comprises an artificial blood vessel, a straight tubular structure, a stent, a support ring, a skirt edge and a release membrane; the artificial blood vessel and the straight tubular structure are integrally woven; the stent is attached to the periphery of the straight tubular structure; the support ring is attached to the periphery of the straight tubular structure on which the stent is not arranged; the middle portion of the support ring is fitted to the straight tubular structure; the skirt edge is sewed at the joint between the artificial blood vessel and the support ring; and one end of the release membrane is sewed at the skirt edge. The delivery system comprises a delivery rod, a support device, a handle and a release wire; the integrated vascular stent is assembled and bound to the delivery system, the stent and the support ring are respectively bound to the delivery rod and the support device by means of the release membrane; and the release wire passes through holes on both sides of the release membrane and controls the release of the stent and the support ring. The present invention can shorten the operation time, shorten the deep hypothermic circulatory arrest time, and reduce the effect on a patient.
