Provided are: an integrin activator that contains a substance that inhibits binding between a fibronectin and an immune inhibitory receptor LILRB4 as an active ingredient; and a therapeutic agent that contains a substance that inhibits binding between a fibronectin and an immune inhibitory receptor LILRB4 as an active ingredient and that is for a chronic inflammatory disease related to integrin activation inhibition.
