Abstract:
An intelligent adjustment method and apparatus for a size of a discharging port of a cone crusher, and a readable medium. The method comprises: obtaining a first aggregate image of finished aggregate outside a discharging port of a cone crusher in real time, and segmenting the first aggregate image by using an instance segmentation model, so as to obtain a first segmentation result; obtaining a first aggregate parameter according to the first segmentation result, wherein the first aggregate parameter comprises one or more of a first average aggregate particle size, a first aggregate grading curve area difference, a first average aggregate acicular degree, and a first average aggregate number; constructing a cone crusher discharging port size prediction model, inputting the first aggregate parameter into the cone crusher discharging port size prediction model, and outputting a cone crusher discharging port size prediction value; and comparing the cone crusher discharging port size prediction value with a cone crusher discharging port size threshold, and according to a comparison result, adjusting a size of the discharging port of the cone crusher.
