Abstract:
An intelligent bacteria collector control method, and a sterilization method and an application thereof. The control method comprises: monitoring the real-time current of a DC drive motor by means of a current measurement module to adjust the rotational linear speed of a peristaltic pump head (3) in real time; when the peristaltic pump head (3) is in the state of pushing a liquid to be tested, reducing the rotational linear speed of the peristaltic pump head (3); and when the peristaltic pump head (3) is in an idling state, increasing the rotational linear speed of the peristaltic pump head (3). Also provided are a sterilization method comprising the intelligent bacteria collector control method, and an application of the sterilization method in the preparation or detection of food and medicine.
