Abstract:
Disclosed are an intelligent biological vision-care device for eyes and an eye training method. The vision-care device comprises a vision-care device body. The vision-care device body comprises a first housing and a second housing. A first cavity and a second cavity are formed on the sides of the first housing and the second housing that face the human eyes. An infrared light-emitting module is arranged in the first cavity. A light biological training chamber is arranged in the second cavity. A reflective film, a light-guiding plate, a diffusion film, a lower brightness enhancement film, an upper brightness enhancement film and a black glue are sequentially arranged, from bottom to top, within an assembling groove of rubber iron of the infrared light-emitting module. An infrared LED point light source is arranged on one side of the light guiding plate. The wavelength of the infrared light emitted from the infrared LED point light source is 600 nm-750 nm. A controller electrically connected to the infrared LED point light source is arranged within the vision-care device body. The present invention can stimulate cone cells and rod cells on the retina of the human eye to improve the eyesight of the naked eye, and can allow the human eye to observe light environments in different colors of the vision-care device for a relatively long time, relaxing the ciliary muscle of the eye and restoring the normal accommodation of the eye.
