Abstract:
The present invention provides an intelligent coke tower preheating device, comprising an inner threaded pipe, a spherical tower top, a coke tower body, a tower base, a heating apparatus, a supporting outer housing, a temperature sensor, a supporting bottom housing, an intelligent control host, a control panel and a limiting block. The inner threaded pipe is longitudinally connected to a threaded hole provided in the middle of the top of an inner side of the spherical tower top in a threaded manner, and the spherical tower top is in threaded connection with an upper end of the coke tower body. In the present invention, by means of the arrangement of a connecting rod, a linear sliding rail, a self-moving sliding block, a movable seat, a movable sleeve housing and an annular preheating sheet, a good preheating control effect over the coke tower body is achieved, a corresponding instruction is input into the intelligent control host by means of the control panel, the annular preheating sheet can conduct a heating action, the movable seat is driven by means of the self-moving sliding block, and the movable sleeve housing and the annular preheating sheet move up and down on an outer wall of the linear sliding rail, such that the coke tower body can be uniformly preheated and heated to ensure the preheating effect.
