Abstract:
The present invention relates to an intelligent cone crusher. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an intelligent cone crusher wherein a thickness change is sensed and notified of without any structure change of a liner (cone cave and mantle), and liner thickness sensing and gap setting are integrated, thereby facilitating the operation. An intelligent cone crusher according to the present invention comprises: a main frame (10); a rotating shaft (20) installed inside the main frame to be able to rotate in an eccentric condition; a driving means (40) for rotating the rotating shaft; a cone-shaped mantle core (50) coupled to the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft; a mantle (60) installed on the mantle core; a top frame (70) seated/installed on the upper portion of the main frame; a top cell (80) installed on the top frame to be able to ascend/descend; a cone cave (90) installed on the top cell; a gap setting means (100) for setting the gap between the cone cave and the mantle; a distance sensor (300) for detecting the distance of movement of the top cell or the distance between a reference position and the top cell; a controller (400) for calculating thickness change values of the cone cave and the mantle on the basis of values of detection by the distance sensor; and a monitor (500) for screen-outputting the gap between the cone cave and the mantle set by the gap setting means and the thickness value calculated by the controller.
