Abstract:
An intelligent cooking device and method, comprising a discharging plate (4), a garnish box (5), and a pot body (7). The garnish box (5) is mounted on the discharging plate (4) with an opening facing down, the garnish box (5) comprises a box body (51) and a box cover (52), and a plurality of storage cavities (223) are provided in the box body (51); the box body (51) and the box cover (52) can relatively slide to sequentially open lower end openings of the storage cavities (223), such that materials in the storage cavities (223) sequentially fall into the pot body (7). The plurality of storage cavities (223) are arranged in the box body (51) of the garnish box (5), various materials required for a dish are placed in different storage cavities (223), and on the basis that different food materials are fed into the pot body in different order, the food materials are sequentially stored in the box body (51) in the order in which the food materials are fed into the pot body (51). When cooking in the pot body is required, the box body (51) slides down, the openings of the storage cavities (223) are open, and the food materials in the storage cavities (223) fall into the pot body (7) under the action of dead weight. The timing of different food materials falling into the pot body (7) can be accurately controlled by controlling the sliding amount of the box body (51), and the cooking time of each food material in the pot body (7) matches the characteristics of the food material itself, such that the taste of the dish can be maintained at a higher level.
