Abstract:
Disclosed is an intelligent design method for a digital model for an oral digital impression instrument, which belongs to the technical field of medical computer-aided designs. The method comprises: data acquisition, data preprocessing, intelligent design, alternative dental crown matching, dental pattern adjustment, etc. For a tooth to be made, the distance between the tooth and adjacent teeth, buccal and lingual dental arch crown curves, a gum diameter height, and shape features of the cusp pit and fissure ridge shape features of opposite jaws are extracted, and intelligent matching and adjustment of alternative dental crown models are then performed, with the aim to rapidly and accurately make the tooth to be made, such that the processing speed of a denture is increased, and intermediate links of processing are reduced.
