An intelligent dining table with an entertainment device, comprising: a bottom plate (2); a hollow upright column (3), disposed on the bottom plate (2), a polygonal supporting plate (4) being disposed at the top end of the hollow upright column (3); and a rotational mechanism (7), accommodated in a body of the hollow upright column (3), an automatic mahjong machine (8) being mounted at the top of the rotational mechanism (7), a rotational shaft core (111) being disposed on the rotational mechanism (7), a rotational desktop (9) being mounted at the top of the automatic mahjong machine (8), and the rotational desktop (9) being connected to the automatic mahjong machine (8) via the rotational shaft core (111).
