Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of fruit and vegetable sorting. Disclosed is an intelligent fruit and vegetable picking and sorting device. The device of the present invention comprises a protective frame, fixed frames, and a cleaning frame; the cleaning frame is connected to the upper surface of the protective frame; conveying rollers are arranged in the protective frame; a water tank is provided on the upper surface of the cleaning frame; a water pipe is provided on the bottom surface of the water tank; nozzles are arranged on the peripheral side surface of the water pipe; the plurality of fixed frames are arranged on the upper surface of the protective frame; a rotary console is provided on the upper surface of each fixed frame; a first mechanical arm is provided on the upper surface of each rotary console, one end of the first mechanical arm is connected to a second mechanical arm, and one end of the second mechanical arm is connected to a manipulator; a controller and a scanner are arranged on the upper surface of each fixed frame. In the present invention, the water tank, the nozzles, the rotary consoles, multiple set of mechanical arms, the controllers, and the scanners are provided, so that the device can clean fruits and vegetables before sorting the fruits and vegetables; moreover, the fruits and vegetables are sorted more intelligently, sorting precision is higher, and sorting efficiency is higher.
