Abstract:
An intelligent glass receiving machine and a working method therefor. The intelligent glass receiving machine comprises a support frame (1), a transmission mechanism (2), a paper sheet control device (3), a lens receiving box (4), and a control device (5). A loading conveying mechanism (21) and an unloading conveying mechanism (22) are disposed in the transmission mechanism (2). The transmission mechanism (2) is disposed on the support frame (1). The paper sheet control device (3) is disposed between the loading conveying mechanism (21) and the unloading conveying mechanism (22). The lens receiving box (4) is disposed at an outlet of the unloading conveying mechanism (22). The transmission mechanism (2), the paper sheet control device (3) and the lens receiving box (4) are all connected to the control device (5). By means of the paper sheet control device (3), paper sheets are fed to separate lenses; then the lenses are conveyed into the lens receiving box (4) by means of the unloading conveying mechanism (22); the whole working process is simple and convenient, and the automation and intelligence of the production are achieved, so that the production efficiency and the production quality are greatly improved, and secondary damage to the lenses is effectively avoided, so as to better satisfy production requirements.
