Abstract:
An intelligent identification cooking system for an oven, mainly comprises an image acquisition system, an image analysis and processing system and a temperature measurement and monitoring system; the image acquisition system is connected with the image analysis and processing system; and an intelligent menu control system is respectively connected with the image analysis and processing system and the temperature measurement and monitoring system. By means of the computer vision and identification technology and the temperature sensing technology, the parameters of the steak such as categories, thickness, size, fatness and temperature are effectively identified, an automatic matching and correction are performed on a cooking menu, and a control program is output to a control terminal for implementation. In this way, an intelligent cooking is realized. The intelligent identification cooling system has the advantages of simple structure, easy implementation, low cost and good applicability.
