An intelligent key box, comprising a box body (100) and a storage cavity (200). The box body (100) comprises a housing (10), a power supply (20), a password input device (30), a controller (40) and an opening and closing execution mechanism (50), wherein the opening and closing execution mechanism (50) and the storage cavity (200) are located inside the housing (10); the housing (10) comprises a front panel (11), a rear panel (12) and a shaft portion (13), the front panel (11) and the rear panel (12) being rotatably connected to each other by means of the shaft portion (13); and the password input device (30) is embedded in the front panel (11) and used for the inputting of a password or identifying features. The box body further comprises a memory (60) and a communication module (70). The password input device (30), the power supply (20), the opening and closing execution mechanism (50), the memory (60) and the communication module (70) are electrically connected to the controller (40) and are located inside the housing (10). A used password can be changed, added or deleted at any time, such that password sharing convenience and security can be realized; furthermore, the intelligent key box can memorize an unlocking time and the used password, so as to provide a basis for event tracing.
