The present invention relates to the field of liquid delivery, and provides an intelligent liquid outlet device for solving the problem of low utilization rate of the inner space of an electric liquid bottle. The intelligent liquid outlet device provided by the present invention, comprising: a base, the base extending into a liquid bottle, a cavity body being provided in the base, the cavity body is used for accommodating one or more of a pump, a motor and a power supply, and the motor and/or the power supply being connected to a control assembly; a cover body, the cover body being used for connecting the liquid bottle, the distance from the connection between the cover body and the liquid bottle to the top surface of the cover body being less than the distance from the bottom surface of the base to the top surface of the cover body, a liquid outlet being provided on the cover body, and the cover body being connected to the base. The present invention improves the space utilization efficiency of the interior of the electric liquid bottle, reduces the risk of a liquid in the liquid bottle entering the base, conforms to the minimalist design concept, and has an extremely high usage value and market value.
