Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of machining, in particular to an intelligent machining apparatus for drilling and cutting. The apparatus comprises a housing. A supporting plate is fixedly connected to and arranged on the inner side of the housing. A clamping mechanism is arranged at the top of the supporting plate, and a dust collection mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the supporting plate. A machining mechanism for cutting and drilling a workpiece is arranged on the upper side of the clamping mechanism, and the machining mechanism is connected to the housing by means of an adjusting mechanism. According to the present invention, by means of arranging the machining mechanism, and using a second telescopic rod to drive a mounting plate to rotate, a drill bit and a cutting wheel can be switched, such that a device can achieve drilling and can also achieve cutting, thereby avoiding repeated clamping, and effectively improving the labor efficiency; and by means of arranging the clamping mechanism, and changing the distance between clamping plates on the two sides by using a second electric motor, the device can fix workpieces of different sizes, thereby ensuring the cutting and drilling accuracy.
