Abstract:
An intelligent manufacturing method for a layer-stranded communication cable core, the method comprising the steps of: acquiring a product ITEM code (S10), converting same into a cabling ITEM code (S20), converting same into a sleeve arrangement diagram and table (S30), sending same to a cabling device (S40), acquiring a sleeve color (S50), outputting same to a corresponding stranding head (S60), performing guiding to run through a loose sleeve (S70), and determining whether the loose sleeve is the last sleeve and performing automatic manufacturing (S80). The main beneficial effects are as follows: defective products or potential waste products of a sleeve color are found as early as possible, so that losses are reduced; the chromatographic arrangement is accurate and reliable, the generation of waste products is reduced, and the production is intelligent and automated.
