Abstract:
An intelligent manufacturing-type adjustable intermittent printing device for clothing fabric, relating to the technical field of clothing manufacturing. The printing device comprises bearing discs, central shafts are rotationally inserted into the bearing discs, rotating discs are fixedly connected to the central shafts, adjustment pieces are uniformly arranged on the rotating discs, driving shafts are rotationally connected to the front faces of the adjustment pieces, pattern rollers are fixedly connected to the driving shafts, sliding blocks are symmetrically connected to the adjustment pieces, and dielectric pieces are fixedly connected to the sliding blocks. In the intelligent manufacturing-type adjustable intermittent printing device for clothing fabric, the combined effects of the rotating discs, the adjustment pieces, the pattern rollers, the dielectric pieces, positive electrode plates and negative electrode plates are used to effectively improve the fluidity, flexibility, evenness, and environmental cleanliness of printing, and meanwhile, corresponding setting of the intermittent distance of the intermittent printing can be performed, causing the printing device to have a wider range of application, higher flexibility, and to better meet the development requirements of society.
