Abstract:
The present invention discloses an intelligent monitoring gateway for computer numerical control machine tools employing the Internet of Things, comprising: an adapter unit for performing unified conversion on uplink data of each numerical control system and then uploading the converted data to a database storage unit via an Ethernet interface, wherein the adapter unit simultaneously converts downlink data sent by a proxy unit into a data format matching each numerical control system and sends the data to the corresponding numerical control system; the database storage unit for storing the uplink data uploaded by each numerical control system; and the proxy unit for implementing uplink and downlink data API conversion, and using a unified physical interface and a unified protocol standard to connect to a host computer, wherein the proxy unit comprises a real-time proxy module, a first protocol proxy module, and a second protocol proxy module. The present invention achieves interconnectivity of different types of automated computer numerical control equipment, is compatible with different hardware interfaces, software protocols, and numerical control systems; and provides a multi-standard data reading interface. The present invention also has functions such as real-time data collection and computer numerical control program network management.
