Abstract:
An intelligent connected electric (ACE) heavy truck system provided with an intelligent multi-mode hybrid (iMMH) assembly system, and a vehicle supervision and control method. The industry-leading power performance and braking effectiveness of an ACE heavy truck is ensured, both energy conservation and emission reduction of the vehicle are automatically optimized according to driving data of the vehicle and three-dimensional electronic map information of roads. In the present application, an analog electric control (AEC) strategy in the prior art is replaced with a new digital pulse control (DPC) strategy, such that complex working conditions of an AEC engine of a hybrid vehicle is converted into preset fixed linear working conditions of a DPC engine; a multi-variable nonlinear complex technical problem of minimizing the actual oil consumption and pollutant emission of an ACE heavy truck at the same time is greatly simplified, and multi-variable orthogonal decoupling is realized; and the requirements for vehicle-end computing resources for real-time supervision and control over the hybrid vehicle are reduced, the performance, convergence speed and robustness of a monitoring algorithm are improved, and the real-time global optimal solution for energy conservation and emission reduction of the vehicle is infinitely approached at a high cost performance.
