Description:
Title

Intelligent representation devices such as displays , screens and monitors with microchip or transponder

Technical Field

Present invention concerns intelligent display devices - displays, screens and monitors in every electronic apparatuses, and machinery, in order to provide new services to their owners and operators .

Background Art

Presently, quite a number of display devices are known - displays, screens and monitor, whose only identification are their serial numbers or even they don' t carry any identification signs at all . That' s why they might be used for their display function only. Nevertheless , their amenity in electronic apparatuses and machinery, i . e . always on viewable and easily available places , predestinates them for identification and protection .

Disclosure of invention

Present invention contains devices for new usage of the electronic apparatuses parts , that means display devices - displays, screens and monitors for supplementary function, e . g . primarily their identification and protection, namely by integrated microchips and transponders (aerial microchips ) . These are electronic appliances that serve to unique identification . They have a unique code, which is stirred up and sent to proj ection in appropriate protocol into the scanner after dispatching a requirement by the scanner .

In present invention, the component of intelligence is provided by the integration of microchip or transponder

(encapsulated microchip) directly to the mentioned display- device (displays, screens or monitors) , either in production stage or additionally before and after their assemblage to the electronic machines , apparatus and arrangements . According to the subj ect-matter of present invention, the microchips and transponders are shouldered to the product' s marginal parts in the process of producing display devices - displays, screens and monitors , before laying the last , top layer, which protects them before damage or breach - Fig . 1 , 2 and 3. From the technological point of view, it is j ust addition of one production operation, when microchip is intermediated, embedded, and pressed-into or pasted-into the displays .

In the case of the possession protection, it is presumed that the display device is resolutely linked to the given apparatus or device and its elimination mean significant complication or even the destruction of the dispossessed apparatus or device for the thieves . Identification of the machine , apparatus or arrangement with intelligent display device is easy with the help of a microchip scanner . Acguired unique microchip code warrants distinct identification of given machine or device with the intelligent display device .

Microchip scanner is a device able to read the microchip codes . It consists of a module scanner, an aerial , a charger and a display . Scanner emits signal , which stirs up the unique code in the microchip, sent into the scanner for the proj ection in the appropriate protocol . Scanners attached right to a PC, notebook or pocket PC are also used.

Identification of the apparatus or device with intelligent display proceeds as the integrated microchip code or transponder is pre-registered in appropriate database and allocated uniquely to the mentioned apparatus or device .

Distinct identification of electronic apparatus with intelligent display is guaranteed by the registration of the pre-integrated microchip unique code in an appropriate database and assigned to the apparatus .

The production and usage of intelligent display devices - displays , screens and monitors , almost entirely dispatches the above mentioned insufficiencies of the present state of art and fulfills the purpose of present invention . In the process of displays , screens and monitors production or before and after their assembly to the electronic machines , apparatus and arrangements , the microchip or transponder is integrated into the device in the way that they don' t disturb the visual field while reading, i . e . into its margins . The integration of the microchips or transponders is proceeded by its embedding, pressing and pasting or inserting into the individual layers of the display device, so it is not available from its surface, thus it is protected before a breach or damage .

Another function of the microchips in displays , monitors and screens is to protect the producers of the devices , in which are the displays , monitors and screens located, from counterfeiting of these products . Producer or distributor should save the information about said apparatus into a database and assign them by the codes of microchips integrated into displays , monitors and screens . These data are able to be verified anytime and anywhere by a microchip scanner and following results confrontation with the database .

Microchips or transponders (aerial microchips) are electronic devices for definite identification . They have a unique code, which is stirred up and sent to proj ection in appropriate

protocol into the scanner after dispatching a requirement by a scanner .

Disclosure of figures

There are the basic types of intelligent display devices according to present invention, shown on drawings , i . e . displays on Fig . 1 , monitors on Fig . 2 and screens on Fig . 3 , with microchips or transponders . Fig . 1 : 1 - Microchip or transponder Fig . 2 : 1 - Microchip or transponder Fig. 3 : 1 - Microchip or transponder

Examples of the patent concepts

Presented invention is carried out by the microchip or transponder implementation into the display device, when examples of said implementation are as follows :

Example 1 : Mobile phone displays

Mobile phone, equipped with a display with an integrated microchip according to present invention, can be used to :

- Its unique identification and protection, while the microchip code is saved in a specified database and assigned to the mentioned mobile phone . In case of burglary, loss or finding, it can be securely identified and returned to the proprietor/

- Objects enter allowance with utilization of the microchip code in the mobile phone display by the scanning device of the entrance system. The microchip code is saved in the entrance system and the entrance is allowed after placing the mobile phone to the scanning device and the microchip code reading/

- Plane, railway, and other tickets reservation in facilities equipped by microchip readers and connected to the reservation system, utilizing microchips to unique client identification . Microchip reader reads appropriate microchip code and assigns the required service - plane, railway or other ticket . Reservation can be processed by short message sending from the mobile phone operator or his agent confronts the mobile phone number and the microchip number and assigns it to the required service, while performing the charging of the service .

Example 2 : Any other displays , screens and monitors utilized in the way similar to that of Example 1 , such as :

- Displays of calculators , organizers , translators , etc . ;

- Displays of measurers , etc;

- Displays of notebooks , tablet OC, pocket PC, etc . ;

- Displays of electrometers, gas meters , water meters , flow meters, etc . ;

- Displays of consumer electronics and home techniques , etc . ;

- Displays of car radios and navigators , etc . ;

- Displays of portable electrotechnics and electronics , etc . ;

- Displays of cameras , digital cameras , video cameras , etc . ;

- Every other display;

- Screens ;

- Monitors .

Example 3 : Microchip functions in displays , monitors and screens can be utilized also in machines , apparatus or devices rentals , when the microchip code is assigned to a customer . When said products are returned, it can be easily verified

whether they are the same, i . e . whether they carry the same microchip as before their renting .

Example 4 : In case of reclamations and service repairs of signed machines , apparatus or devices it is possible to uniquely state, whether the customer' s claim is rightful by the microchip integrated into the displays , monitors and screens . The microchip code can be confronted with the dates assigned to it in a database . This identification is unique .

Industrial utilization

The integrated microchip or transponder in said representation devices according to present invention can be used for identification of the specified electronic machine , apparatus or device, for its protection from burglary and identification after its finding, and furthermore for other supplementary services, as are namely obj ects entrances , ticket reservation systems and other services in the area of identification and property protection, which are allowed by the integrated microchips or transponders . It is for example the execution of reclamations , products transfer monitoring or verification of product' s originality. These services are ensured with the microchips code reading by a reader and its confrontation with data in appropriate database, in which it is filed .

Microchips , integrated into said displays , monitors and screens fulfill the function of their unique identification . The microchips codes are assigned in appropriate database to the machines , apparatus or devices , in which the displays , monitors and screens equipped with the microchips are located. The data in the database serve for their identification and protection in the case of a burglary, loss or finding, which allows their return to the proprietor .
