Abstract:
An intelligent round-by-round operation occasion identification platform, comprising: a stir-fry execution structure, which is located in an intelligent stir-fry machine and comprises a spatula body, a first supporting frame and a second supporting frame, wherein the spatula body is arranged below the first supporting frame and used for performing a stir-fry operation on a dish to be cooked below the spatula body, the first supporting frame is vertically positioned directly above the central point of a pot body for accommodating the dish to be cooked, one end of the second supporting frame is buckled to the middle position of the first supporting frame, and the other end of the second supporting frame is buckled to the edge of the pot body accommodating the dish to be cooked and used for fixing the first supporting frame; and a spatula body driving mechanism, which is used for driving, when a uniform distribution signal is received, the spatula body to finish the current round of the stir-fry operation of the dish to be cooked in the dish to be cooked. The intelligent round-by-round operation occasion identification platform is stable in terms of operation, safe and reliable. A starting time and ending occasion of each round of dish stir-fry can be controlled, such that the stir-frying uniformity of the dish in the pot body is ensured, and the mode of manual operation can be completely replaced.
