Abstract:
An intelligent spring fabrication system that is provided with a multi-axis spring machine (10) and an industrial computer (40), wherein the industrial computer (40) may automatically establish an original control program for producing springs, a plurality of empirical databases are stored in the industrial computer (40), and each empirical database stores a plurality of empirical correction coefficients. When used, an empirical database is selected by spring wire material, the shape and size of a wire cross section, and spring type, and the empirical database is queried by spring specification so as to obtain the closest empirical correction coefficient. The original control program is corrected by the empirical correction coefficient such that the multi-axis spring machine (10) directly produces a spring that has a size close to a demand. The intelligent spring fabrication system may directly fabricate a spring that has a size close to a demand by means of the introduction of an empirical database, which may greatly shorten the correction time when the multi-axis spring machine produces springs of different sizes, is suitable for fabricating a small amount of various samples, and may also provide the capability for the machine to self-learn by means of adding or updating the latest correction coefficient to the empirical database during formal production.
