Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is an intelligent submerged arc welding method for a stainless-steel composite plate. The method comprises: machining an X-shaped groove at a welding position of two stainless-steel composite plates to be welded, setting two reference points at end positions of the groove, establishing a three-dimensional Cartesian space coordinate system by using an intelligent control apparatus, and performing three-dimensional measurement on a welding groove. By means of the method, the aim of precise measurement is achieved, and the arc length and the height that need to be adjusted are sensed in advance, thereby realizing uniform transition in an arc length adjustment process. In the present invention, process parameters monitored in real time by a lidar detection apparatus and an infrared detector are compared with preset process parameters, such that precise control is realized, and the welding precision is ensured; in addition, a temperature distribution nephogram of welding seams is generated, and a position with a relatively large temperature deviation is marked, such that key position guidance can be provided for quality inspection after welding. During welding, the present invention also uses an independently-designed welding wire replacement and delivery apparatus to perform automatic welding material replacement and delivery operation, making the whole welding process more flexible and efficient.
