Abstract:
An intelligent support platform for a steel pipe grooving machine, comprising a steel pipe support platform, a shared rack base (6), a shared rack (12), and an intelligent control system. The steel pipe support platform comprises a platform frame (1), a platform base frame mechanism (2), a steel pipe support wheel transverse moving mechanism (3), steel pipe support wheels (4), a steel pipe support wheel platform lifting/lowering mechanism (5), a steel pipe roller mechanism (8), and platform frame sliding rails (9). The steel pipe grooving machine and the steel pipe support platform are both arranged on the shared rack base. Under the control of the intelligent control system, the platform base frame mechanism, the steel pipe support wheel transverse moving mechanism, the steel pipe support wheels, the steel pipe support wheel platform lifting/lowering mechanism, and the steel pipe roller mechanism work in concert to achieve press grooving operation on a port of a steel pipe. The support platform can achieve not only whole coordinated operation on the steel pipe support platform and the steel pipe grooving machine, but also high-precision press grooving operation on steel pipes having different diameters.
