Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of automated logistics. Provided are an intelligent suspension conveying system and method based on vision measurement. The intelligent suspension conveying system comprises: a mounting shaft for fixing a suspension conveying device and a power device that is fixedly mounted on a base; a double-rail track, which is fixed and suspended by means of the mounting shaft; a transfer mechanism, which is slidably connected to the double-rail track and is provided with a chain that is used for connecting the power device and the transfer mechanism; the power device, with the top end thereof being fixed by means of the mounting shaft and provided on the base; and a lifting mechanism, which is fixedly mounted on the transfer mechanism and is composed of a reversing mechanism and a winding mechanism, the reversing mechanism cooperating with multiple sets of reversing tracks mounted on the double-rail track, and the winding mechanism being used for winding or unwinding a rope according to actual working conditions. The intelligent suspension conveying system can be mounted at a high position in a workshop, is a conveying system with an adjustable conveying height, and can implement curve-track conveying, and also prevents the generation of shaking during the conveying of materials at a high position.
