Abstract:
An intelligent temperature sensing-based ultrasonic soft tissue cutting and hemostasis operation method and system for blood vessel sealing and cutting. The system comprises a generator, a transducer (11) and an ultrasonic scalpel head. The generator collects feedback parameters of a surgical instrument in real time during operation, and then the real-time temperature of a surgical site is estimated by means of a temperature distribution function model according to the feedback parameters and feature parameters of the instrument. According to a first adaptive energy control algorithm, the generator controls the temperature of a blood vessel surgical site to be in a first temperature range to complete a blood vessel sealing process, and then according to a second adaptive energy control algorithm, controls the temperature of a blood vessel to be in a second temperature range to complete blood vessel drying, coagulation and incision processes, which are accurate and reliable.
