The invention relates to an intelligent urine flow detection system and method. The intelligent urine flow detection system is used for measuring urine volume data of urine discharged by a user, and comprises a sensor, a urine storage box, a toilet bowl, a urine flow meter and a controller. The sensor is used for generating a use signal when the user is using the device, and generating a leave signal when it is detected that the user is not using the device and a time length threshold value is reached. The urine storage box is used for storing urine discharged by the user. The toilet bowl is used for receiving and guiding urine discharged by the user to the urine storage box. The urine flow meter is used for calculating the weight of the urine storage box so as to generate urine flow velocity and urine volume data corresponding to the urine. The controller controls the urine flow meter to start according to the use signal, and the controller transmits the urine volume data to a data processing device according to the leave signal and the flow velocity.
