Abstract:
The present disclosure provides an intelligent voice assistant system, apparatus and method for a vehicle. In an exemplary embodiment, a system for a vehicle comprises: a ranging sensor configured to generate ranging sensor data with respect to an object adjacent to the vehicle; a controller configured to determine, based on the ranging sensor data, whether a distance between the object and the vehicle is smaller than a threshold if said distance has been unchanged for a predetermined period, and to generate a first vocalization command if it is determined that said distance is smaller than the threshold; and an external speaker configured to output vocalized sound based on said first vocalization command.
