Abstract:
An intelligent waste wooden formwork recovery and recycling system, comprising a screening part (1000), a feeding part (2000), and a machining part (3000); the screening part comprises a wooden board unit (1200), a wooden batten unit (1300), and a wooden block unit (1400) arranged from top to bottom in a frame unit (1100); the feeding part comprises upper, middle, and lower conveying units (2200) that are obliquely arranged in a mounting unit (2100), and ends of the upper, middle, and lower conveying units that are inclined downward are connected to the wooden board unit, the wooden batten unit, and the wooden block unit, respectively; the machining part comprises a compaction unit (3200), a movable unit (3300), a loading unit (3400), a gauze unit (3500), and a glue brushing unit (3600) that are sequentially arranged on a support unit (3100). Wood is divided into three types (large, medium and small), and the sequence of subsequent feeding is effectively controlled by means of a subsequent three-stage transmission mechanism, thus preventing blocking and overlapping of upper wood by lower wood. Moreover, the small wood can fill gaps in the large wood, thereby effectively improving the utilization rate of the wood. As a result, the density distribution of compacted wood is uniform. Also disclosed is an intelligent waste wooden formwork recovery and recycling method.
