Abstract:
An intensity-adjustable exercise device according to an embodiment may comprise: a pair of handles which can be held with both hands of a user; a motor which is provided inside one handle among the pair of handles; a connector which is connected to the motor and can be rotated by power transmitted from the motor; a first elastic band which is connected to the connector; a second elastic band which is connected to the other handle among the pair of handles; and a string which connects the first and second elastic bands to each other.
