Abstract:
A method for predicating motion information of an image block, the motion information being used for inter-frame prediction, and comprising: acquiring motion information of at least one determined motion vector image block in an image where an image block to be processed is located, the at least one determined motion vector image block comprising a determined motion vector image block that is not adjacent to the image block to be processed; acquiring first identification information, the first identification information being used for determining target motion information from the motion information of the at least one determined motion vector image block; and predicting the motion information of the image block to be processed according to the target motion information.
