The present invention discloses an interaction method, device, and system for a live broadcast room. The method comprises: receiving a live broadcast video stream of an anchor client from a live broadcast back end; displaying, according to the live broadcast video stream, a live broadcast interface on a display screen; and receiving an interaction video of a viewer client from the live broadcast back end, the viewer client and the anchor client belonging to the same live broadcast room, the interaction video having a duration less than a preset threshold; and superimposing the interaction video on a partial region of the live broadcast interface and playing the same. The issue of the prior art in which the operation complexity when the viewer client performs interaction is much greater than the operation complexity when the anchor client performs interaction is resolved, such that the viewer client can use the interaction video to interact with the anchor client, the recording operation of the interaction video is easier, the viewer client can perform interaction without complicated operations and, when the viewer client interacts with the anchor client, the efficiency and the immediacy of the interaction are improved.
