Abstract:
The invention relates to an interchangeable sweeping brush unit (65) for a carrier vehicle (12), comprising at least one sweeping brush (88, 89) that can be rotatably driven about an approximately vertical brush rotational axis (93, 94) and is held by a supporting frame, the supporting frame being detachably connected to a supporting fork (48) of the carrier vehicle (12), said fork being able to pivot about a first horizontal pivoting axis (68) running transversally to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle. The supporting frame has a first support assembly (66), on which the sweeping brush or brushes (88, 89) is or are rotatably mounted and a second support assembly (70) that can be detachably connected to the supporting fork (48). The first support assembly (66) is connected to the second support assembly (70) and can pivot in relation to the latter about a second horizontal pivoting axis (68) and is detachably connected to the carrier vehicle (12) by means of at least one tension rod (58, 59). The invention also discloses a roadsweeper (10) comprising a sweeping brush unit of this type (65).
