Disclosed are an interference suppression method and a related device, which are applied to a large-scale same-frequency dense networking scenario. The coverage ranges of beams are controlled to prevent the coverage ranges of the beams of different cells from overlapping with each other, thereby realizing inter-cell interference suppression. The method of the embodiments of the present application comprises: determining a first weight on the basis of a codebook set; then determining a second weight on the basis of the first weight and channel state information of one or more terminal devices within the coverage range of a primary beam; and finally, determining a transmission weight according to the first weight and the second weight, wherein one or more terminal devices in a first cell are located within the coverage range of the primary beam generated according to the first weight, the coverage range of the primary beam does not overlap with the coverage range of a primary beam in a second cell, and one terminal device within the coverage range of the primary beam is located within the coverage range of a target beam generated according to a transmission weight. Therefore, inter-cell interference can be suppressed.
