Abstract:
An interfering RNA for inhibiting MLPH expression, which comprises: any one or more nucleotide sequences as shown in SEQ ID NOs: 1-20 or SEQ ID NOs: 27-38. The siRNA has good activity in inhibiting MLPH mRNA expression, with an inhibition rate reaching 70-80%. A chemically modified interfering RNA sequence has better activity in inhibiting MLPH mRNA expression. Further provided is a lipid nano-delivery system, where the siRNA is delivered to a suitable subcutaneous location and performs its biological effects, with broad applications in whitening products. Additionally provided is a medication comprising an interfering RNA antibody/nucleic acid conjugate, used for preventing and/or treating hyperpigmentation or diseases related to an increase in MLPH expression.
